We have been cooperating with HarDevel for 8 years. They developed our first project an online store. HarDevel realized all my wishes quickly and efficiently. For a new project we turned to Hardevel. We are satisfied with our long-term cooperation.

We communicate via messenger. I have submitted the job specification. We agreed on terms and cost. HarDevel Developed: online store, site for doctors, site for a patient, portal for uploading clinical cases of patients.

Our site was created in 2008 and in 2015 the updating has been necessary, our ultimate goal was to increase attendance. For this purpose a prestashop platform was chosen

The company was selected on the recommendation of colleagues at one of the business meetings. We contacted the company and agreed about cooperation.

• transferring the site to foreign hosting
• setting feeds for marketplaces

Communication goes through the project manager. It was pleasant and easy-going communication for 7 years.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After updating the store it is much more comfortable for our customers to make purchases. We got an increase in traffic.

We agreed on the deadline for the implementation of the project. If necessary the manager contacted us for refinements. After sending the terms of reference we receive an estimate in terms of time and cost, the quality of work done is excellent and in time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their responsiveness and quick implementation of necessary tasks are top-notch! In today's world, speed and quality are a super combo !

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes there are display errors in the mobile version, which is quickly fixed by the company.

We have done a lot from the initial requests to fix minor glitches to moving to a new server and setting it up, this is more than 100 tasks.

The decisive factor was the lack of prepayment at the first contact and instant readiness to start work.

I do not collect how much and what we spent, but I am grateful for every edit and every module - its configuration and help in mastering and further improvements. Even thesis, if you start listing the review, it will be incomplete since I do not speak a programming language.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I am always satisfied with the results of the work, the final cost, the deadline and the quality. There is a pleasant aftertaste from what my colleague and I came up with. Vadim embodied it on our website, taking into account all the requirements set forth.

There is also confidence that the plan will be realized and we are not looking for anyone who could do the tasks, and we don’t even think about looking for anyone, since everything is always on time and on business. It was very difficult to find a specialist in our CMS in Kyiv, it’s good that we found HarDevel in Dnipro

With communication, everything is clear and without difficulties, first via Skype, then in Google documents and Viber for clarification of details. But in viber, in the end, it’s more convenient, since our tasks are roughly written in the humanitarian language

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Decency of the person with whom we work, responsiveness. He will also tell you the main thing that he works during working hours, and not at night after the main work, like many colleagues in the shop, remembering us, for example, on a residual basis in the case when you need to repay a loan or money at sea - we passed, we know). With HarDevel, everything is different!)

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything is done and satano as planned, from time to time we finish what has been done by setting new tasks. The situation is this: conceived and done. We looked at whether it works or not, if it works further, we do thereby developing it into a module or into a more global solution in comparison with the first version.
