The team was very flexible with our asks, and still delivered as requested. They responded to all our needs as best they could.

The company has different people on the team. Each one brings something different to the table therefore offering more diversity and knowledge to our requests. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something HappyFunCorp could have done differently?

The technicality portion is something that should be reviewed case-by-case. This is because each community or organization's needs have different environments in which systems and processes are integrated. This can make it complicated for a community that does not have experience in something of high level in such a short amount of time.

they manage multiple blog installations for our company, working with our teams on web development and overall site development

They helped us scale and connect our global blogs into one space allowing for connected workflows and automations that support our ops teams.

We have been able to grow our visits from thousands to millions of visitors per year for our global blog spaces, supported by all the features and tools they developed for our site.

They work fast and to high standards of quality. Response times are also very fast. No complaints to speak of here.

They are willing to dig into root issues and sort out solutions as a partner, they are not simply taking and filling orders. This has enabled us to really grow in scale of outputs while delivering quality experiences simultaneously

Project management and quality of development have been excellent this year. I think having a very clear roadmap plan and lines of communication have improved how we work together.
