The program was based on 4 disctint colors and the personality traits behind each color. In this system, most people have a color as their "dominant" which identifies their primary reactions while a "secondary" color that depicts their behavior.

I as an individual believe that this training is essential for anyone looking to foster a culture of understanding and high performance. It doesn't just teach you about people rather, it teaches you how to bridge the gap between different worldviews.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Improved interpersonal effectiveness and a clear understanding of human behavior. I have successfully applied the four-color strategy to adapt my interaction style, resulting in more productive meetings and a more harmonious work environment.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project succeeded in providing a shared language to our team as a group. I'm sure the other groups can also resonate with me on my observations. 

We now have a measurable framework for resolving conflicts and assignment of tasks based on individual strengths. 

We believe the entire length of the course and the timing to manage everything effectively was the key to the success of this program which I'm greatly satisfied with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

So honestly I never thought there was a methodology the exists in this space which I now know that does exists.

Secondly skilled individuals who perfectly know on how to manage such a program also leading and guiding individual strengths to their respective success paths.

Rajeev and Lara are the experts here who are truly someone that can be entrusted to take up this role.

Are there any areas for improvement or something A Happiness Coaching Center, (AHCC Human Resrouces Consultancies LLC) could have done differently?

The program was excellent, though I believe adding an outdoor experiential learning element would be a great improvement. It would provide a dynamic environment for participants to practice overlapping their dominant and secondary traits while navigating different personality types in a fun, active way.
