I’m the founder of 603 The CoWorking Space in Mumbai.

The project was to create an online presence for our firm including a website and social media accounts. We provided them with the pictures, prices, and features of our service, and they coded the simple theme we bought. When guiding us through various processes, they implemented the basics first and tested the results before moving onto the next step.

What was the team composition?

We’re working with a consultant, a developer, a designer, a coder, and several digital platform specialists. The team has been efficient, and we’re still in touch to add more properties and services to our portfolio.

It’s very rare to have a managing director take such an active role in the customer relationship. For us, he hopped in to take feedback and make suggestions that have become the backbone of our business.

I don’t have anything specific, other than taking it easy on the weekends.
