Production Monitoring & Factory Visits — Independent milestone tracking, on-ground factory oversight in İzmir and Turkey, deviation detection, and pre-shipment confirmation.
Sourcing Direction & Market Entry — Supplier profile definition, trader risk filtering, MOQ feasibility, compliance parameter mapping, and market architecture assessment before any commercial contact.
Shipment Process Management — Buyer-side coordination of export documentation, shipping document review, and Incoterm-aligned delivery control.
