Hagler & Brocato, LLC was created in 2005 when Clay Hagler and Frank Brocato chose to merge their combined knowledge, skills, and client base to create a different kind of accounting firm. They were driven to create Hagler & Brocato for two primary reasons. First, their respective experience at bigger firms revealed to them a gap in client service. So they set out to create a firm that was client focused rather than profit driven.
