I’m the co-founder of The Bake Amore Studio, a baking class company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Gulati DMS?

We needed someone to develop our website. We wanted a basic website that was attractive. It’s baking classes and people needed to see pictures of what we’re baking.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Gulati designed and developed our website from scratch. We weren’t clear about all he could add, but he kept showing us all that he could do and the changes he could make. He made changes as we wanted and did the graphics and coding.

I don’t think he got help from the outside and he drew his knowledge from digital marketing courses. He was pretty sure about what he wanted to do.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Gulati (CEO, Gulati DMS).

How did you come to work with Gulati DMS?

Gulati is a friend of mine and he said he could build my website. He showed us different templates and all that he could do and we gave him the work. He wanted to get into the field, and my website is the first he’s ever made.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $20,000-$25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January– June 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve updated our website and our Instagram page and people have been visiting them. We’re very pleased with the website.

We haven’t done SEO yet, so if you type in our company name, you see us on Google, but if you type in baking classes in Delhi, you can’t see the website. We plan to invest in SEO in the future.

How did Gulati DMS perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was very good. He kept us up to date on what he was doing. He sent us pictures to choose from and made updates as we asked for changes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

His work is good. Everyone was happy with the website, including myself and my co-founder.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, he did exactly what we wanted.
