Rosedon isn’t just a hotel—it’s a living piece of Bermuda’s history. Built in 1906 as a private residence, the house was crafted with care and thought, from its imported California Redwood beams to its intricately carved pillars from Chicago. What started as a family home has evolved into a luxurious boutique hideaway, while still holding onto its original charm.

The Guest Team helped us to fully overhaul our brand. They provided us with multiple options when re-branidng that helped guide our final decision and in-turn crafted a full "brand book" to help us communicate internally and externally our new brand voice. In addition to the branding work there's been quite a lot of graphic design done including the delivery of a brand new website which has been a HUGE improvement. They continue to support us with social media paid & unpaid advertising as other various projects from business card design to pamphlets for sales events.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've grown our social media following and a clear ROI has been established through tracking links in our ads that show up to a 600% ROI in some cases with our paid advertising they provide us with.

Items were alwasy delivered on time and thier team was very flexible when we needed to pivot or get something out on a short time frame.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Guest Marketing team felt like working with colleagues inside your own company. They really care about the work they do and the impact it has on their clients. I get a genuine sense of warmth and care from them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Guest Marketing could have done differently?

As they start to pick up more clients I do think they may need to look at some extra manpower (or womenpower!) in order to keep deliverables on track. I'm sure having someone to just answer emails and keep task sheets in order would be a huge help to them!
