From our kick off meeting, Nahid was appointed as the project director. She was very fast in responding to our requests, quite attentive and always listened carefully to what we requested from them. The communication was smooth and clear. They didn't move to the next phase without making sure we were happy with the results. They met all deadlines for each phase of the project.

o access large files, we were required to register for their cloud service. Exploring a more efficient and user-friendly data sharing mechanism is preferred.
