I’m the CEO of API Autos, an automobile sales company. We buy and sell foreign and Nigerian used cars. We import cars from the US and Canada.

What challenge were you trying to address with GSTAT MOBILE SOLUTIONS?

We needed help with digital marketing and social media awareness.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

GSTAT MOBILE SOLUTIONS is helping us reach out to customers digitally on social media, including Facebook, X, and Instagram. They’re also managing our website. I had a website before, but I didn’t have someone I could trust. I’m handing everything over to them, and they’re building a new website from scratch.

They’re also helping me with social media marketing. I need a presence on X, Instagram, and other platforms. I send them pictures of the cars I’m selling, and they help me post them on a marketing tool called Jiji Nigeria. They’re also creating T-shirts and caps to create awareness in my local government.

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with one person.

How did you come to work with GSTAT MOBILE SOLUTIONS?

I found them through a YouTube referral.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between 350,000–400,000 Naira.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m getting more calls from people interested in buying cars. If you Google the name of my company, I’m among the first three dealers in my locality. I’m getting traction from their work. 

How did GSTAT MOBILE SOLUTIONS perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet deadlines. We mainly communicate through phone calls and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with their social media engagement.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We just started, so there’s room for improvement. I’m sure they have more ideas to contribute to the organization.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust them. They know what they're doing. I just trust him and believe in him. I'm sorry to use that word, but this Gen Z, this digital generation, I feel they know more.

We needed help with mobile networking, web design and development, and social media management.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

GSTAT MOBILE SOLUTIONS provides web design and development, and social media management. The team is currently working on our website, which is a continuous process. They’ve also hosted the website. The team took over the website from another vendor who didn’t do a good job.

What is the team composition?

We work with a graphic designer and an operations manager.

How did you come to work with GSTAT MOBILE SOLUTIONS?

They were recommended to me. We had a meeting, and we signed a contract. I've seen a lot of networking companies, and they are the best among all. They do a fantastic job. They do a very good job. So that's why I chose them.

We started working together in June 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

They are a good partner. They’re detailed and patient, and I love that.

They meet deadlines and stay on budget. What they say they will do, they do it. We communicate via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're good at communication. The team wants to know what I want, and they give me different options. The team combines my ideas with their own. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could continue improving what they’ve built. They can do better, basically, by doing better than what they are doing. But they are doing very fantastically well. But if there's any other thing that would make them better than what they are doing now.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They love communication and want to work with someone creative. You should provide what they need to work with you. They want to engage you and learn what you do and want.
