Today it covers the entire HR Area of ​​a company recruiting, selecting, hiring, training and benefits. Currently it maintains a payroll of 300 outsourced resources in various companies, one of its main objectives is to grow the payroll by 80% this year 2018 and become recognized leaders in quality of service nationwide in the Outsourcing service.

The concept of “Selective Group” was born in 2010, when it was decided to strengthen Selectiva Inmobiliaria, this company consolidated itself by successfully emerging in the Architecture Project Management market, for large companies nationwide.
