How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with Grupo ITE for many years developing the hotel's website. The delighted work done all these years allowed us to choose them to create our online booking system.

We began with an analysis stage where GRUPO ITE studied the requirements for the system. We developed the platform using the Symfony framework connected to our internal management system to obtain room availability information.

We worked with a project manager and two developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Generally speaking, as a sales and reservation management tool, we developed a system that meets all the expectations.

We use email as our primary form of communication, stating the requirements and the expected completion date. During the development, we discuss the doubts orally and in writing to record the decisions and progress. In addition, we also use Whatsapp for communication and content sharing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their strength is their availability and willingness to develop projects tailored to meet the needs of every client, confidence in handling valuable data, and discretion in information. Its flexibility in finding technological and programming solutions for integrating different computer systems.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Henceforward, mobile applications. Development in this area will be vital, such as data integration systems and automation.

We have been working with Grupo ITE for more than ten years on other projects with excellent results, and we are pleased to have the opportunity to work with them again.

We created a management system for the partners of our organization, employing Symfony for the back end and Ionic/Angular for the front end. Moreover, this connects internally with our internal administration system to retrieve real-time information.

The entire procedure was a success. It was nicely coordinated and delivered on time. Therefore, users are delighted. In addition, the team was remarkably responsive, and we were allowed to solve any problems that arose quickly and efficiently.

The team held weekly meetings to keep everyone informed about the project. We also use Slack and email for quick communication.

Work began in 2018 using Symfony, Mysql and Apache as the base technology for the platform. Advancement was shown every month, which allow us to refine the details as we went through the design of the solution.

We had difficulties managing our information since we kept everything manually. We hired Grupo ITE to develop a customized solution that would allow us to solve our data management problems. Not only that, but we needed stable, secure and flexible software that would make it easier to achieve our goals

They were chosen through a commercial reference that showed us that Grupo ITE could optimally solve our problems. and then in the interview, they explained and taught us how we were going to reach the goal, which made us convinced that they were the ones

They designed and developed a business management solution based on Symfony. We start with a meeting to go over our business challenges. After the initial analysis, work began, and we held weekly meetings to evaluate progress. Currently, we continue to work with the maintenance of the platform daily.

We had three people on the team, including a project manager and two developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to transfer all our manual processes to the platform and managed to achieve 100% of the objectives initially set for the product. Grupo ITe performed very well throughout the project, which is why we are currently working on system maintenance.

The Grupo ITe team is excellent. They respond very well to our needs and always meet deadlines. We never had any unexpected turnover, and we communicated through Trello and Emails.

It was outstanding to work with the Grupo ITe team. The project manager was always available, and the developers were very responsive. We had direct access to the entire team, which made communicating our ideas effortless.
