In our ongoing business relationship, the IT solutions provider is entrusted with two primary responsibilities. First, they deliver a Nordic data platform that streamlines the distribution of product-related data across various digital channels. The data platform aims to serve as the backbone for our information distribution, thereby reducing complexities and increasing efficiency in reaching our target audience. 

Secondly, the company is in charge of offering multi-faceted Nordic support, covering technical, developmental, and editorial aspects, to corporate websites. This collaboration operates under a Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring that stipulated service quality and performance metrics are met. The support extends from routine maintenance and problem-solving to the implementation of new features and editorial content, keeping our websites up-to-date and running smoothly. 

This long-term relationship is integral for both the daily operations and strategic goals of our business. Their expertise offers us a robust and scalable solution that aligns perfectly with our objectives for growth and market dominance.

• Improved Data Distribution Efficiency: One measurable outcome from the implementation of the data platform is a significant increase in the efficiency of distributing product-related data across various digital channels. 
• SLA Compliance and Reduced Downtime: Under the Service Level Agreement (SLA), we've been tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system uptime, response time for resolving technical issues, and the speed of content updates.
