Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

Be Glowing is an Egyptian natural hair-care brand. We sell herbal hair powders like sidr, henna, moringa and red meshat, cold-pressed hair oils (rosemary, argan, castor, jojoba and our own blend), a sidr hair mask, wooden combs, and bundles and gift boxes. Our products are made for women who want a simple, natural routine for healthier hair. We sell online through our website, be-glowing.com, and deliver to all 27 governorates in Egypt. Customers can pay cash on delivery and check their order before paying, or pay by card or Vodafone Cash. We also offer a short hair quiz that recommends the right routine for each customer.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Growthmerce to accomplish?

• We hired Growthmerce to build our online store on Shopify in Arabic, with cash on delivery and bundle offers, and to manage our growth after launch. Our goals were to get more orders through paid ads, to set up proper tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API and GA4) so we could see which ads bring real orders, and to organize our inventory, order confirmation and shipping in one system.

Growthmerce handled our store, ads, tracking and operations: Store build: They built our Shopify store in Arabic (right-to-left), designed mobile-first. It has a cash-on-delivery checkout, bundle offers like “buy 2, get the 3rd free”, gift upsells in the cart, and a 5-question hair quiz that recommends a routine for each customer. Paid ads: They plan and run our ad campaigns, test new creatives every week, and optimize for real orders rather than clicks. Tracking: They set up Meta Pixel, Conversions API and GA4, so the ad platforms learn from actual purchases and we can see which campaigns bring orders. Operations system: They organized inventory, order confirmation and shipping follow-up in one system connected to the ads, with weekly reports on spend and orders.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since launching the new store in October 2026, we’ve received [number] orders, with an average order value of 1000 EGP. Our [5% / cost per order /88%] . Tracking now shows us exactly which ads bring orders, and order confirmation and shipping run through one system instead of WhatsApp chats and spreadsheets.

The team at Growthmerce was well organized from day one. They shared a clear timeline in a Google Sheet, split into store build, tracking setup and ad launch, and they sent us a short update every week. The store was delivered about a week later than the original date because we were late sending product photos, but they told us early and adjusted the plan. They replied on WhatsApp within a few hours during working days, and when an issue came up with the checkout during a campaign, they fixed it the same day. One thing they could improve is giving us more notice before changing ad budgets.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most about Growthmerce is that they looked at the whole business, not just the ads. Before launching any campaign, they asked about our delivery rate, our return reasons and how we confirm orders, things other agencies never asked. They set up tracking so we could finally see which ads bring orders that actually get delivered, not just clicks. They also explained everything in simple language in the weekly report, so we understand where the money goes. It felt like working with a partner, not a supplier.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Growthmerce could have done differently?

Overall we’re very happy, but there are two small things Growthmerce could improve. First, in the first month we needed more training on how to read the dashboard ourselves; we relied on them to explain every number. They added a short video guide later, which helped a lot. Second, when they paused ads to test new creatives, we’d like more notice so we can prepare stock and our confirmation team. These are minor points and they were open to the feedback right away.
