They were rather helpful overall, albeit there is some ambiguity because they didn't plan, so I could urge them to improvise. 

Their specialties include creating organic conversation flows, choosing the best framework for a given set of requirements, and integrating chatbots into current platforms with ease. GROWTH LOOP TECHNOLOGY gives chatbots the capacity to learn and adapt by integrating machine learning, which enhances the user experience over time.
