Frontend Development: They also introduced intelligible interaction design and incorporate responsive design components into the site in addition to ensuring the frontend and the backend systems are in harmony. Growth Loop Technology then added more sophistication in performance improvement with focus on security measures and usability.

Much of their focus is on establishing the most logical conversational flow, finding the right framework that fits a given project, and the integration of the chatbots into a given environment. Another advantage of their work is based on machine learning, which makes the chatbot progress and upgrade the experience of interacting with the bot.

Our cooperation with them was professional and very diligent, they provided services which can be as rigid or liberal as the circumstances demand. Some of the deliverables that were agreed on when developing the bot were implementing machine learning component to enrich the experience of the user engagement and offering easily scalable and efficient customer support services.
