They developed our website design based on our technical brief. Everything was done exactly according to my requests, and only afterward did they suggest a few of their own improvements—which I really appreciated. First, they implemented my vision, and only then offered alternative ideas, instead of rejecting my input from the start.

They clearly showed examples of where certain elements could be swapped or improved in line with my requests. The website and online store were developed according to the approved design, and they were also open to changes during the process.

In addition, they helped create a marketing strategy and have already outlined an action plan for promoting the store. SEO analysis is currently underway, and we’re about to begin active work.

What I especially like is their punctuality, adherence to deadlines, and excellent communication throughout all stages.

We’ve already received positive feedback from clients, and through Clarity we’ve confirmed that users are now navigating more quickly toward their end goal—submitting an application. There has also been a noticeable decrease in calls to our center’s hotline regarding the services we provide, as the website is now more informative and user-friendly.

Yes, they plan their work very well. They are highly punctual and organized—both in the technical aspects and in legal or administrative matters. Communication is smooth and pleasant. You can clearly feel that they care about the client.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I appreciated most was their dedication to our project. Their support felt less like that of an agency or contractor, and more like someone who truly lives the mission of our center. During key launches, they are just as invested as we are.

And of course, their attention to detail, focus on our goals and needs—not just profit—stood out. They understand that doing something well builds long-term trust and brings the client back again and again, rather than just doing it once for a high price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Growth Kitchen could have done differently?

Of course, there were moments where our views differed, or when the creative or technical team wanted to change certain elements in the projects. However, up to now, everything has been resolved.

The main challenge was legal matters—but that’s also because we’re not a business entity, but a charitable organization. Still, we eventually managed to sort those issues out. That said, this is one area that could be improved.
