They set up and grew our TikTok Shop from scratch, including affiliate and creator management. Our email and SMS program also became a reliable, recurring revenue driver. Conversion rate improved from 1.63% to 3.7% in the first 90 days after the store revamp. Average order value rose from $34 to $47 through bundling the hero product with its variants and accessories. On Meta, the first testing month brought in $7,000 on $2,600 in ad spend, showing efficient spend from early on. We did not run a formal before-and-after CAC comparison, as the store was barely spending on ads previously, but the spend-to-revenue result was a strong indicator of success.

The marketplace expansion to Amazon and TikTok Shop USA was also delivered within the expected timeline. There were occasional revision rounds on creative, which is normal for a new brand finding its tone, but overall the pace and delivery have matched what was agreed. We are satisfied with how the engagement has been managed so far.
What did you find most impressive or unique about working with GrowMore on your wearable device project?
What stood out most was how GrowMore approached Breathelet not just as a client account, but as a brand they genuinely wanted to grow. They identified the gaps in store structure, creative, bundling, and traffic, and tackled all of them at once. The first month result of over $7,000 in revenue on a modest ad spend was a strong proof point. The influencer program was particularly impressive, recruiting 37 creators on a revenue-share model with no upfront fees, producing 53 videos, and driving 237 attributed orders. The speed of the Amazon and TikTok Shop USA launches, generating $37,000 in the first 45 days across both marketplaces, was also unexpected. GrowMore brought both execution and strategy, which is rare to find in one agency.
