We contracted external help to assist in website migration, apply best practices (off-page SEO) to a website that previously had none, perform competitive keyword research, create a content strategy from scratch, and report out on KPIs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw NO drop but actually an increase in organic website traffic during our site migration, which is extremely impressive! We saw increased click-through-rates from optimized titles/best-practices that were applied, and impressive SERP positions as a result. Not only did the organic traffic skyrocket, but the content strategy proved successful for other mediums as well (including PPC) because of the thorough research and outlines Nour provided.

Documented recommendations were provided, with in-depth steps on addressing opportunities to meet the guidelines. After the initial audit, we focused on content optimization and creation. We received AI-generated optimizations and articles for various pieces.

Very thorough on the technical side. Many other agencies do a quick sweep at the top and then don't address fixes after the initial intake. I received many iterative suggestions and recommendations to improve the site's performance from a technical perspective, and it seemed like they reviewed the site consistently.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SEO Consulting could have done differently?

The AI-generated content was not impressive. It may have helped us improve our rankings, but the content was very generic and regurgitated what existed online already. It didn't do anything to further our brand, or to convert readers, due to its blandness. It was a lot of work to make it worth using.

The most notable aspect of project management has been communication and organization. Early on the project was outlined in a google doc that we have been tracking as a team. Unless limited by development blockers everything has been delivered on time and if not on time, with clear communication on why the adjustment in timeline. Not only has Nour worked well with our team, he has worked very well with external partners working on this project.
