Can you describe the scope of work Griffity Studios handled for your Montessori school project?

Griffity Studios handled the design and development of our school management software. The main features they built for us included a database for our student and staff records, an attendance tracking system, a billing and tuition module, and a central dashboard so our staff could easily communicate with each other. They also ran all the quality testing before launching the software to make sure everything worked smoothly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The software Griffity Studios built for us completely streamlined our daily operations. It used to take our staff hours to handle attendance and billing manually, but now everything is automated and takes just a few clicks. Our administrative staff is saving at least 10–15 hours a week that used to be spent manually logging attendance and processing tuition payments. Tasks that used to take days now take less than an hour. The feedback from our team has been great, as the software has freed up a lot of their time to focus back on the students.Moreover, since everything is centralized now, we’ve completely eliminated the errors that used to happen when we were manually copying data between different spreadsheets. Our records for billing and student attendance are much more accurate now.

How did Griffity Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

Griffity Studios’ project management was excellent. They kept us updated every step of the way through our virtual meetings and always hit their milestones. They delivered the final software right on schedule within the four-month window we agreed on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What impressed me most about Griffity Studios was how quickly they understood our specific needs as a Montessori school. Instead of just giving us a generic template, they tailored the software to fit our actual daily workflows, which made a huge difference in how easily our staff adopted it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing major comes to mind. It was a really smooth project from start to finish, and they delivered exactly what they promised on time and within our budget.
