Our company is a DTC apparel and accessory company. I am the acting President of the company.

We hired Grey Bear Digital to manage our facebook ad account. They created advertisements, targeted audiences and purchased ads.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to find new audiences, increase ROAS and grow our audience.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected this vendor because the founder were part of the old agency we used. They brought many years of experience and knowledge into the space and we felt confident continuing to partner with them. They were the brains behind the other agency and we were very happy to continue to support them! They are great people!

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Grey Bear Digital took over our ad account and cleaned it up. They then found opportunities to scale and continued to find additional opportunities to optimize to increase our ROAS.

What was the team composition?

Grey Bear Digital is a lean and mean team but they get things done! We would have weekly touch base calls and go over how we were tracking toward our goals along with discussing future opportunities.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Grey Bear Digital was able to take over our ad account and continue to keep us going in a positive trajectory over a 6 month period. We were very pleased with their ability to be nimble and make decisions that were in our best interest.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was effective. They always made themselves available via email or text or phone call which made it feel like family. We all had the same goals.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Overall, Grey Bear Digital makes you feel like family. They care about your success and want to grow with you.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As discussed with Grey Bear Digital, ensuring that clear goals are established is key to success. This was something that because we had a previously relationship we didn't establish very well at the beginning. I have nothing negative to say about them as they were good partners. Our company goals changed and roles and responsibilities evolved.
