What was the scope of their involvement?

Gravity Innovative Solutions helps us with website development and maintenance. They built our e-commerce website using Shopify and AWS. The site provides product, brand, and contact information as well as payment integrations.

What is the team composition?

They assigned a three-person dedicated team, including a manager and supporting staff.

How did you come to work with Gravity Innovative Solutions?

We consulted with friends and colleagues in Dubai, who referred us to Gravity Innovative Solutions. The pricing was good. We first contacted them more than one year ago, but the approval and discussion process took some time.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around January 2019, and the current project is almost complete. We’re planning a second one with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They created an amazing frontend, and our owner loved their work. The quality was great, and so was the communication and support. That’s why we’re planning to give them a second project.

Their manager responded within minutes to any inquiry we had. They implemented changes we asked for immediately.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our team, including our owner, appreciated the work they did on the website.

These projects require teamwork, and they’re amazing on that front.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m an operational assistant for RAID Company Ltd, a multinational company in the field of recruitment services, real estate, project management, facility management, etc. We have branches in Saudi Arabia an UAE. I’ve was in charge of having our website developed.

For what projects/services did your company hire Gravity Innovative Solutions?

We had a small website since 2004, but when I joined the company in 2017, I found it too unprofessional compared to what was current in the market. The company had grown a lot and the website was still unchanged, so we needed a vendor to update it.

What were your goals for this project?

We were aiming to design a new website with CMS features.

How did you select this vendor?

I had heard of them and chose to hire them at my own risk.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

With their help, we have modified the entire website. Only some of the previous content was kept. Gravity Innovative Solutions added many new tabs, including CMS functionality so that we can add anything by ourselves. They also created a newsletter and a contact form with our address.

What was the team composition?

I and our operations manager were involved. Gravity Innovative Solutions assigned a great team to complete the work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We now have an excellent website that has helped boost our clients from seven to 14 within two to three months. Their work is of such high quality that we’ve recommended them to our sister companies for their web development.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We gave them a deadline of 45 days and they submitted a demo within only seven. After almost one month, we had an attractive website.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They completed the work within the promised timeframe. Their team was also available to our requests, even during the night.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

Not in my opinion.
