We provide hands-on HR support — including employee handbooks, policy development, recruiting, and ongoing HR retainer plans — alongside compliance training (HIPAA, OSHA, Title IX, sexual harassment prevention, and more) delivered through our own training platform. We also offer business management and marketing/PR services, giving clients a single consulting partner instead of juggling multiple vendors.

Our pricing reflects that: flat, transparent retainer tiers designed for small business budgets, with standalone compliance courses available a la carte for organizations that just need a single certification. We bring particular depth to regulated industries, where compliance requirements are more complex and the cost of getting it wrong is higher — supporting healthcare clients with HIPAA and OSHA compliance, and higher education institutions with Title IX and FERPA training.
