They onboarded us 37 interns who were skilled technically. Because of these interns we were able to help many indian students in building and guiding their projects during the bootcamps.

GrapplTech partnered with us through their Hire To Build program to support our hiring and onboarding of skilled developer interns for our ongoing product development initiatives. The primary scope of work involved identifying, evaluating, and connecting us with candidates who possess strong practical development skills and the ability to contribute to real-world projects.

The GrapplTech team handled the structured process of sourcing candidates, assessing their technical abilities through practical evaluations, and presenting qualified developers who matched our technology requirements. Their approach focused on evaluating candidates based on real coding ability, problem-solving skills, and project-based experience rather than relying only on resumes.

Throughout the process, GrapplTech also provided coordination and support to ensure smooth communication, candidate shortlisting, and onboarding.

The project delivered several clear and measurable outcomes that demonstrated its success. Through the Hire To Build program, we successfully hired 56 developer interns who were able to start contributing to our development projects. This significantly accelerated our ability to work on multiple products and features simultaneously.

Another key outcome was the reduction in hiring time, as the candidates provided through GrapplTech had already gone through practical skill-based evaluations. This helped us quickly identify developers who were capable of handling real development tasks without spending excessive time on screening and testing.

Additionally, the interns we onboarded showed strong practical coding ability and problem-solving skills, which aligned well with our project requirements. Overall, the collaboration helped us scale our development capacity, streamline the hiring process, and bring in motivated developers who could contribute effectively to our ongoing product development efforts.

Candidate sourcing, evaluations, and shortlisting were handled in a timely manner, which helped us move quickly through the hiring process.

Yes, they consistently delivered items on time. The shortlisted candidates were provided as scheduled, and the coordination for interviews and onboarding was smooth. This made it much easier for us to plan and integrate new interns into our development teams without delays.

That said, the core process, team support, and overall hiring experience were smooth and effective, and we were able to successfully onboard a large number of capable interns through the program.
