We hired Graphicbyte to build our 1stjohn.net website, encoraged by a very complementary recommendation we received from a knowledgeable friend.  What an amazing job Mark has done for us, well beyond our expectations.  Our website looks great and though it is new to the web, we are getting some promising results.  

We highly recommend Mark. Can't imagine anyone being disappointed, and he is a pleasure to work with, great communication skills!

Our website is evolving but right now its a weekly blog. We write about Christian doctrine. Graphicsbyte developed easy to use templates for us. Everything uses best practices and modern SEO and GEO techniques. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our previous website was built in Godaddy and was very limiting. There wasnt much reward after publishing posts. When we spoke to Mark he mentioned the limitations of the software and gave us some options to move foward. His most exteeme option was to completly rebuild the website and apply modern techniques which would give us something to grow into. 

We decided to go this route and there was a learning curve to it. Mark has been very open to communication and even put together several video tutorials for us to follow so we can publish our own content and keep up with SEO/GEO. 

After the website went live we knew there would be some interest spikes on the website from friends and family seeing it for the first time. Now that a month has gone by we are now seeing organic traffic hit the site and this is opening new possiblities for growth. We have plans to add a comment section in the site and possibly make a future modernated form out of this blog. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Mark's timeing is prompt. He usually responds within and hour or two after an email is sent. Somtimes faster. If we call he answers. Orginally we wanted just a streight forward blog website. But then some extra items were thrown in last minute. Mark had no problem meeting these deadlines. He prgramed a full working NKJV bible into our site. (Impressive!) He also put together a custom video tutorial teaching us how to use shortcodes that work with this new feature. This is one of the best things he could have done because if we forget we now have a reference to refur to when makeing new site pages.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

You can just tell that Mark cares about his customers. Hes got a great eye for detail and just wants to show up and learn. We know our subject matter is not the most popular. But Mark took the challenge and made something we are proud of. Open communication is a huge strength! 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Graphicsbyte could have done differently?

Not at this time. We are very happy with our results.
