Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner of a company for the production and installation of electrical equipment, which is called 'OmegaElectric'.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire GrandSoft, and what were your goals?

I wanted to take my company to the next level. My goal was to tell about my company on the Internet, find new clients and new interesting projects. Therefore, I needed a beautiful and well-made corporate website.

How did you select GrandSoft and what were the deciding factors?

To be honest, I chose GrandSoft on the advice of my relatives. Then I looked at GrandSoft's website and their portfolio and loved it!

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I had a meeting with a manager and a developer. We defined the goals of the project, I told how it should look and work. I wanted not only a corporate website but also an online store. We decided to start with a corporate site, and then add the functionality of an online store (if I'm sure I need it).

Therefore, we chose Python for the backend. Then the guys created layouts, the designer worked on the design. I liked everything and the development stage began. Once a week we made a call with GrandSoft, and they showed me the results. As a result, I have my own site, which I really like!

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

As I know, about 4 people: Project manager, designer, full-stack developer, SEO-consultant

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For now, I have got my first leads and I currently negotiate a quite large project with a person who learned about my company through the site.

Everything was very timely. We were constantly in touch at the Slack and communicated on Skype once a week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really liked their professionalism, organization, and a strong team connection. I also liked that it is possible to endlessly increase and change the functionality of my site thanks to the use of flexible technologies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, everything was fine.
