Grafiduo significantly improved the user experience (UX) by refreshing the visual layout, optimizing navigation, and adjusting the interface to meet the needs of our target audiences — children, parents, teachers, and cultural professionals. Particular attention was given to creating a more intuitive structure and improving responsiveness across devices. 

Selected website features were redesigned or rebuilt, including event sections, festival information pages, and dedicated modules for special programs. Grafiduo demonstrated strong skills in working with non-standard layouts, tailoring solutions to our specific artistic and functional requirements.

One of the most impactful parts of the collaboration was the reconfiguration of the WordPress panel. Grafiduo enhanced the backend experience for our internal team - simplifying workflows, streamlining content management, and making updates easier even for non-technical users.

We started working together in March 2020, and our engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have any KPIs in place to measure their development, but the features they’ve developed have been tested by our team and are all working fine. It's also really nice working with them; they’re pretty fast in development and putting things on their timelines, so we never have to wait long. Plus, whenever there are bugs or urgent matters, they address them within 24 hours.

How did Grafiduo perform from a project management standpoint?

Although there are times when I have to ask about their turnaround time, they’ve been able to deliver at a pretty fast rate — deadlines are met 95% of the time. Overall, things are moving fast, and the cooperation is going well. 

We use CoLab for communication and managing ticket requests. We also use GitHub for code management and Slack to send quick messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The turnaround for each ticket is fast. I also like that they think together with us — if we can’t think of something, they will ask questions and make suggestions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’re happy with the engagement.

Plenty of people told us that our new website looks great. Since we lunched it, we look much more profesional for the potential clients.

It was small project, so there was no need to use any complex management tools. We had daily communication on the Slack and that was enough for this purposes.
