I'm a company director at WeFix. We are a call out mobile and tablet repair company. We repair customers devices at their chosen location in our mobile workshops.

We recently had our site reviewed for UX / design improvements. We hired Grafiduo to build those changes into the front end of our site.

We found Grafiduo online and their portoflio of work was brilliant. After touching base with Michal the CEO it was an easy choice to select the company to work on this project for us.

We had a few initial meetings to explain the project and go through the design files. Grafiduo then outlined a project time line that they would work towards.

We had 2 people from Grafiduo work with us. The CEO Michal and Arkadiusz the Project Manager.

Communication was brilliant throughout. Always timely and very helpful. They worked directly with our lead developer so the tech side worked brilliantly too.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of work is brilliant, alongside the structured plan and communication. Great all round really.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No improvements to suggest. Very happy with how the whole project went from start to finish.

I’m the founder and CEO of Zwembad.shop, a swimming pool and spa e-commerce company. We specialize in everything regarding pools, pool equipment, and accessories.

What challenge were you trying to address with Grafiduo?

We needed help with the development of our e-commerce platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve developed our WooCommerce site.

What is the team composition?

I mostly work with the owner, but there are at least 4–5 other colleagues that I work with.

How did you come to work with Grafiduo?

They were referred to us.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $40,000-$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2020, and our engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have any KPIs in place to measure their development, but the features they’ve developed have been tested by our team and are all working fine. It's also really nice working with them; they’re pretty fast in development and putting things on their timelines, so we never have to wait long. Plus, whenever there are bugs or urgent matters, they address them within 24 hours.

How did Grafiduo perform from a project management standpoint?

Although there are times when I have to ask about their turnaround time, they’ve been able to deliver at a pretty fast rate — deadlines are met 95% of the time. Overall, things are moving fast, and the cooperation is going well. 

We use CoLab for communication and managing ticket requests. We also use GitHub for code management and Slack to send quick messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The turnaround for each ticket is fast. I also like that they think together with us — if we can’t think of something, they will ask questions and make suggestions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’re happy with the engagement.

Be clear about what you want and have open communication with them.

I'm a CEO. I'm running small UX/UI studio called Visux.

We wanted to refresh website. As a UX/UI agency, we created designs for this purpose, but since we don't have a developer in our team, we were forced to find a company. The goal was to take our designs and create very good implementation into working website.

I knew other company that was working with Grafiduo. I saw their portfolio and that convinced me.

We showed our project to the contractor. After that, we had a meeting to talk about details. We established daily communication on Slack, the contractor was updating us everyday. When the first screen was implemented, they started to work on the other very quickly.

Plenty of people told us that our new website looks great. Since we lunched it, we look much more profesional for the potential clients.

It was small project, so there was no need to use any complex management tools. We had daily communication on the Slack and that was enough for this purposes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are delivering very fast, and quality of the work is amazing. They are asking about every detail. I do love their approach.

My mind is blank, I'm very happy with the service. Since then, we're working on the another projects for our clients - I think this is the best recommendation.

I am Digital Marketing Leader who manage two business blogs, one dedicated for manufacturing managers and second one, dedicated for automation engineers.

We needed a solid partner, who could deliver high quality implementation of UX/UI project that we have designed in house. We haven't had any reliable wordpress developer for 2 years.

I was looking through social and web platforms, did web research and asked for recommendations. Deciding factors were communication skills and reliability.

Actually Grafiduo ran this project perfectly. We had one or two conversations about goals after that we sent the graphic project to developer. Development process was very pleasant, because Grafiduo has this feeling that we needed. If they had needed something or something was lacking - they would have produced it in the second or asked us about it. Very convenient way.
