Professionalism and Customer Experience communicating with them made the major difference. Secondly the innovation and creativity provided was just amazing. Most reliable whenever our team came up with queries, which were promptly handled by Graeyna.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Graeyna could have done differently?

I do not see anything at this moment, as they have already delivered one of the most complex websites (multi-script website) which is much different from multi-lingual website. The website provides 'mono' textual as well as digital (e-Electronic, a-Audio, v-Video form of literature) with embedding to external sources such as YouTube channel and few other sources.
