GoUpward AI

GoUpward AI builds custom software for small and medium businesses across the United States. We're a nearshore team based in Querétaro, Mexico, working in US Central time, fully remote and fluent in English and Spanish.

We help businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, off-the-shelf tools and agencies that overpromise. Our work covers custom web applications, mobile apps, AI and workflow automation, integrations and APIs, Shopify store development and e-commerce management, SEO and performance audits, and cloud hosting with ongoing support.

Every engagement follows the same five steps: Discovery, Planning and Design, Development, Launch, and Support and Growth. We start with a discovery call to understand how your business actually runs before anyone writes code, and we scope work in small, visible increments so you always know what you're paying for and what you're getting back.

Three principles guide how we operate. Engineering over hype: we pick proven tools that fit the problem, including AI only where it earns its place. Outcomes, not outputs: we measure success by time saved, revenue gained or errors removed, not features shipped. Radical transparency: you see the backlog, the progress and the costs at all times.
