We're a full-service home remodeling business. I'm one of the company owners.

What challenge were you trying to address with Goldiata Creative?

We acquired the business in May 2019 from the previous owners. We evaluated ways to improve the business, and one area we identified was in digital marketing. We wanted to optimize that, reduce our spend, and improve the performance of the website. We also hoped to improve our SEO to attract more organic leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They concentrate largely on our SEO. We had a relationship with GoDaddy Social for our social media, but Goldiata Creative made our online presence more robust and consistent in other places. They improved the website and helped us display customer reviews and before and after photos of our projects. They did some backend work to help with SEO, and they added pages to display better content.

What is the team composition?

We only interact with their owner. I'm not sure how many people work with him behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with Goldiata Creative?

We reached out to a few local digital marketing agencies. We met with Goldiata Creative's owner and were impressed by them. They looked at our online presence holistically, and they didn't force us into a long-term contract. As a new business, we liked that flexibility.

How much have you invested with them?

To date, we've spent about $3,000 on their services. Whenever we ask for their help, they provide a cost estimate. We pay them as they complete tasks.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around July or August 2019. The collaboration is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The aesthetics of the website are much better, and organic clicks are up considerably. We track visits to our site, and organic traffic has improved in the past few months.

How did Goldiata Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsive to our questions, and we always hear back in a timely manner. Without our asking, they often make suggestions that help us move in the right direction. We've met a few times in person, and we also speak regularly on the phone. They send video clips of their thoughts and demonstrations of possible improvements. Our communication volume varies, but we usually get an update from them every few days. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're the only agency we've used, but their responsiveness is excellent. They think about our business as a whole and make recommendations for improvements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't have a lot of experience with digital marketing companies, but I'm pleased with their work overall. Their SEO results are positive, and their flexibility is helpful. They've done a very good job.

Sit down with them to establish what will work best for your business.
