Working with The Goat has tremendously increased our web traffic since I started working with them last Summer, also sales increased massively since we started.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Goat Intitute is very organized and knowledgeable. The action plans delivered are easy to digest and implement. Their pod approach is also very effective in managing our account, as anyone on their team can easily jump in to resolve issues on the rare occasion that our Account Manager is unavailable. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Goat Institute could have done differently?

None I can think of at the moment, they did expand through the years and receive a number of accolades.
