We began with several discovery meetings and determined what the cost of the project would be. We then began about implementing a wireframe and IDAP used a SCRUM approach to move through each stage of the project.
What was the team composition?
We had a project manager who liaised with the developers and designers for ios and Android platforms.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within 5 months the app was launched and IDAP were very fast to fix any bugs that became apparent. We have had very good feedback and reviews to date of the new app and we will continue to work with IDAP to improve the features within the app
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. Our project manager was always on hand to have a call with us in addition to the weekly meetings where we were updated on the progress of the development.
