Hi Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah here. I’m the author of Chain-Gang All-Stars and Friday Black. I write about race capitalism and the human experience through storytelling that’s pretty raw and honest.

• My primary goal was to find a publishing partner who could get my work out there on a bigger, international scale, someone who understood marketing and could also polish up my digital presence. I wanted my stories to connect with literary folks for sure, but also with anyone drawn to art that pushes social awareness and conversation.

 Create consistent branding that actually matches my voice and message. They hit me up every week with updates sent thorough reports on outreach and engagement and kept everything transparent.

The results were way better than I expected.

  My website traffic literally went up over 60% in just a couple of months

  Chain-Gang All-Stars got shortlisted for a bunch of international awards.

  My audience became genuinely global with major traction in UK and Canada.

  Seo improvements made a huge difference; my books and media feature actually show up now. 

  After their digital PR push, I couldn’t keep up with all the speaking invites coming in.

Working with them was honestly smooth, they hit every deadline and sometimes even early. They were professional for sure but also just genuinely excited about literature, which was cool. I love how quickly they’d respond and they always gave me detailed thoughtful replies. I was in loop on every creative choice even though we stayed connected through emails calls and progress report. Overall the communication was constant and easy.

If there’s anything to improve, it’s the timeline. Their attention to detail is on point but doing it a bit faster would really level it up.

Honestly Global Elite Publishing has changed my website completely. They made it modern fast and reflect who I am as a writer. They handle design SEO and the most impressive thing for me is that they kept me in the loop. I got a timely delivery and now I see the traffic shot up and my readers are a way more engaged now.

The thing that got me? How genuinely invested they were in making my brand. They totally nailed my personality and voice perfectly throughout the whole site. Never once felt like another client. It was more like a partnership where they actually prioritized what I wanted to create. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Global Elite Publishing could have done differently?

Not much to improve… if anything, they could tone down how often they check in, which, while amazing, was sometimes more frequent than I expected. But that shows how committed they are to communication and client satisfaction.
