Glitch is an independent branding agency & communications studio based in Bucharest. We work across Europe with cultural organisations, NGOs, public institutions, intl networks, purpose-led businesses.

Since 2016 we have helped organisations with complex missions become clear, distinctive & relevant. Strategy & creative sit in the same room, from research and positioning through launch, rollout and long-term brand governance. 

What we do: brand strategy & brand architecture; naming, messaging & verbal identity; visual identity and design systems; art direction and editorial design; integrated campaigns; websites, digital design and UI; motion, social content and implementation toolkits. We are built for organisations that run several things at once.

Selected work: Cultural sponsorship campaigns for Groupe Société Générale; the identity of Culture Next, a European network of cities; branding for organisations working in education, health, public services & commerce. 

EU-funded programmes: we have delivered communication & dissemination work on Interreg & other EU-funded projects, so visibility rules, reporting and procurement requirements are familiar ground. 

A senior core team of strategists, designers, writers & project managers runs every project, with a trusted network of specialists when a brief needs other skills or production capacity. You work with the people making the work, from the first workshop to the final toolkit.
