I’m the president of a real estate development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Gladstone Media Inc.?

We needed help with the marketing efforts related to a condo building project we launched to market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, Gladstone Media interviewed my business partner and me before taking the lead on the creative side. Since then, they’ve been in charge of the entire marketing needed for our building project, including developing the brand and branding strategy, designing the creative assets, deploying all the advertising campaigns, and creating the marketing materials. These campaigns have included email marketing, social media advertising, Google Ads, and print advertising. Another group has helped us create the project renders, and Gladstone Media has coordinated those efforts, defining the lightning and angles required to get the best imagery possible.

I’ve worked with Jeremy (Owner) and 5–6 other people from his team.
