Égide Sistemas is a software, automation and AI consultancy based in São Paulo, Brazil. We build custom software, automate business processes and customer service, and give managers real-time visibility into their operations.

What we do
- Custom software development: systems designed around each client's operation.
- Process automation and integrations: connecting CRM, ERP and support tools so data flows without manual work.
- AI consulting: we assess where AI delivers results and where rule-based automation is enough, always keeping people in charge of the cases that need them.
- Customer service automation platform: our own platform automates replies and routing across WhatsApp, website and email, with queues per unit, assigned owners, shared history and real-time metrics (volume per channel, response time, workload per agent).

How we work
1. Assessment: we map recurring tasks, bottlenecks, integrations and the metrics management needs.
2. Implementation: automations, queues and integrations delivered in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scope.
3. Ongoing operations (optional): infrastructure, monitoring, support and continuous improvement on a monthly plan.

- A network of sports complexes runs nine units from a single service hub, with queues per unit and shared history.
- A healthcare clinic network is consolidating customer service across its units on our platform.
- More than 10,000 conversations completed on the platform.

Clients own their data. Security documentation (access controls, data handling, infrastructure providers and backup routines) is available to IT teams before signing.
