Please describe your company and your position there.

Molten Heavens is a bakery in Pakistan and providing a wide range of sweets in the "City of Lights" Karachi.

For what projects/services did your company hire GFXD, and what were your goals?

We hired GFXD for designing our official website and UI/UX for it. Our goals were very simple as we just wanted a simple and clear design for our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We go through the google and found their design and design philosophies interesting.

Initially we had a discussion meeting with GFXD to discuss the ideas with them. After it they started the work immediately and provided us with some samples which were also amazing. We approved and the main design process began.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were around 4 to 5 people including a design manager, designers and developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the launch we easily expanded are bakery to a wider areas and it was easy to manage, this increased our customer base.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

During the project they just got us know about all the updates for the project. There were less meetings as they understood our idea but the their communication was good. They also maintained the project timelines and provide it before time, which is great.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understand our ideas very quickly and maintained them throughout the whole design. So less time was uesd to discuss for ideas and got the project on time

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No it was just amazing.
