We run an eCommerce business that imports products from China and sells across Australia, so we needed a freight partner who could handle everything from overseas pickup to local delivery. Gforce Freight took care of the full logistics process for us, from coordinating with our suppliers in China, managing customs, and organising shipping, right through to getting the goods delivered to our warehouse in Sydney.

Once the stock arrived in Australia, they also helped us distribute orders to customers and fulfilments centers in Brisbane, Adelaide, and Canberra. It was really helpful having one point of contact for all of it.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Gforce Freight, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in how smoothly and reliably our shipments arrive. Before, we were constantly dealing with delays, missing paperwork, and miscommunication between suppliers and freight companies. Now, we’re consistently getting our stock delivered on time, with far fewer issues.

Turnaround time from our suppliers in China to our Sydney warehouse has improved by about 30%, and we've had almost zero customs delays since partnering with them. On top of that, our team spends a lot less time chasing updates or handling freight issues — which has freed us up to focus on sales and customer service.

Being able to trust that logistics are handled properly has made a big difference in how confidently we run our business.

Overall, our experience with Gforce Freight has been very positive. If we had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be to provide even more proactive updates during peak shipping seasons. Sometimes, communication slowed a bit when volumes were high, and more frequent status updates would have helped us plan better.
