I am the Marketing Manager for IDville. We sell ID Card printers and badge accessories to all industries (B2B).

We hired Get Found First for our monthly PPC management and SEO strategy. Our goals and expectations are high. We want to grow market share and profitability YoY.

How did you select Get Found First and what were the deciding factors?

We chose them because we have gone through a few vendors who did not pay enough attention to us. They always seemed too busy to put more focus on us. We are high maintenance with high expectations. GFF highlighted their small-town service with their big-town knowledge and experience and that hit home to us.

Our PPC goals were to scale our spend, drive leads and purchase conversions and improve our ROAS. A tall task to grow and improve profitability.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Nevertheless, GFF was up to the task. They have done a great job at exactly what we wanted. They drove our strategy for lead gen and sales, scaled our spend and dramatically improving our account health.

They have also done amazing work on the SEO side. After a poor site migration we lost all of our rankings. They dove right in and turned things around immediately by focusing on the right metrics and pushing the right rocks.

Thanks to their high quality backlinking and on-site recommendations, our domain authority is up 10 points, key search terms are ranking in the top 3 spots and revenue has followed.

They spend a ton of time on our account.

Managing monthly spend can be hard at the mercy of Google and different bid strategies. Sometimes their spend is too high or too low.
