For what projects/services did your company hire Get With The Brand?

I was doing a re-brand/commercial launch and understood I needed to be able to educate customers on a novel product, the first of its kind in Australia

How did you select this vendor?

Sarah was recommended by my marketing advisor as someone that knew how to design web pages for an outstanding user experience

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Sarah took the time to get to know my brand, values, point of different, direction and 'voice'. She liaised with my marketing advisor also. She also researched the industry and the environmental/sustainability aspects of the ingredients I use. She mocked up different web pages, sought copy in some areas and proposed copy in others. Where she proposed her own copy, it was engaging, used the right voice and hit the mark. We reviewed the mock ups and amended them until we were both satisfied they were perfect. She then engaged a web developed and managed the technical development of the site. She following through and tested the site prior to launching it, then tested it again once launched.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with Sarah. I had some contact with the web developed, but usually assisted by Sarah.

So many compliments on the webpage.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent, I think! She was very responsive, especially when I was worried or when something went wrong.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

She took the time to explain things to me and to hear me when I had reservations. I was most impressed by their UX experience and the tools they employed to get the design right. I was also so impressed with their research and how they nailed the voice of my company.

I am the Founder and Managing Director of Seriously Good Accounting, a Fremantle based full service accounting, tax and CFO advisory firm.

We needed to refresh our website due to the old one being out of date and needed to ensure that we could convert the visits to inquiries and leads as we target specific business owners.

How did you select this vendor?

Get With The Brand developed my first website so I knew their work was of a good standard.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

• Discovery session - as GWTB has a prior understanding of the business, we discussed what has changed and how this was to be presented on the new website, and the outcomes that we desired.
• Copywriting - GTWB assisted sourcing a reputable copywriter, from which was refined for web purposes and user experience to ensure the convertibility of visitors
• Photography advice - GWTB assisted sourcing a photographer once we had discussed the pros and cons of a photoshoot v stock images. GWTB briefed the photographer on the types of images required.
• Wireframes - GWTB further refined the copy to ensure it fit in the content hierarchy and within a cohesive layout.
• Design stage - GWTB presented me with mock-ups for 3 pages of design which were then rolled out onto the rest of the site.
• Development - GTWB assisted with sourcing a developer and oversaw the process of handing over the project to them. Development is still ongoing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective and very good at communicating via e-mail and was able to book in for a chat at any time during the process. I always knew what stage we were at.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided honest feedback and outputs on why certain design elements were used and why others were not.

Sarah was amazing! she provided regular meetings to keep me on task with clear instructions of what was required the website was completed on time and on budget Sarah was both patient and understanding of my needs - and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process
