The website has streamlined and reduced manual administrative work by around 40% through automated registrations and member management. It has also improved member engagement and received positive feedback for its ease of use and professional design.

The website they developed started raking for relevant keywords and this increase in growth of patient inquiries through both calls and form submissions and CRM made it easy to manage patient leads and appointment scheduling.It felt like they truly understood what a medical practice needs in today’s digital world.

I was most impressed by their holistic approach to digital growth. They didn’t just focus on building a website—they looked at how I could grow as a professional online, build trust with potential patients, and optimize internal systems. Their attention to detail in every area, including SEO, branding, Our brochure and call-CRM integration, showed their expertise. The team understood the healthcare domain very well, which made communication and execution much smoother. Their strategic thinking and execution exceeded expectations.

Cost of the project was reasonable. It included brand identity, website development, Appointment system, IVR setup, CRM setup and management, SEO, social media optimization, and personal branding. Overall, it was a cost-effective digital transformation solution for our hospital.

Overall my goal is to create my online identity for my hospital and myself also as a professional doctor. Also I want to attract and convert more patient inquiries. And I need support to manage my patient communications and appointments follow-ups efficiently.Gephels done all this very differently.

So Gephels systems created one website for us and also created social media presence then run campaigns also so by that we saw an increase in student inquiries and traffic to our website.Their target strategies help us to drive more students as leads.So it will help us for better conversion also.

Cost of the project was not expensive its affordable considering the value we received. As in the educational sector it's difficult to get more admission of students ,and also we want to create an online presence so more students can find us.So all this deliverable is on time. We got more admission because of their strategy
