I own a startup focused on management consulting for healthcare businesses. We also offer a customized HIS for those who hire our consulting services

For what projects/services did your company hire Geotec, and what were your goals?

As we needed to improve and modernize our software, we hired Geotec to do said job. Our goal was to be able to give out clients a modern software solution consistent with the processes that we recommend them to follow.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected them because we knew that they were going to be able to solve the problems we presented them in some modern and innovative ways

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The system was developed in ruby and used a MySQL database, in included database and process design.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Even though i only ever talked with the person in charge of the project, they informed me that at least 3 different people worked on it.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched the project without any problems nor delay. They showed great compromise with the results and gave us a hand whenever needed.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We held weekly virtual meetings, and they also offered a platform showing deadlines and ongoing work. They have managed to meet all the deadlines estimated at the beginning of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As I said earlier, their compromise with the results was what made a difference in my opinion
