What challenge were you trying to address with Genivista?
I wanted to build a pipeline of customers while I concentrated on the work I enjoyed. Previous investments in SEO and websites produced little or nothing. We wanted a targeted outreach with a difference and to tap into the new way buyers engage, i.e., using ChatGPT and Google AI for recommendations.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, Genivista designed a precision outreach system so that we never had a time when we weren’t running a sales campaign. The team handled every element from content to execution. Later, we added generative engine optimization (GEO) when they highlighted that, even though we built a new website, we were invisible to answer engines like ChatGPT and Google AI. Very quickly after the work Genivista did to correct this, we started to show up and get active referrals.Regarding deliverables, Genivista has a very specific sales methodology for content writing in their precision outreach service so that it’s fully GDPR-compliant. In GEO, the work done was to rewrite our content in a form easily digestible by LLMs, fix some of the technical issues that made us invisible to AI, and work on content placement with third parties.

We found them through a sales campaign. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in May 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen an increase in our pipeline and clients. We went from a situation of sporadic cold calling/outreach with a trickle of clients to multiple new customer sign-ups each month. We have a KPI of 10 meetings per month, which we regularly surpass, and four new client contracts. Genivista has delivered and often exceeded this KPI.
How did Genivista perform from a project management standpoint?
Genivista’s project management has been flawless. The team plans for campaigns at least one week before the launch. The ongoing engagement for GEO is agreed upon at each monthly review and delivered. Our communication is frequent and timely, and they’re very flexible with scheduling around my workload. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
What did you find most impressive about them?
In particular, Neil (Founder & CEO) has a lot of experience in multiple sectors, technologies, and international markets as a sales leader/entrepreneur. He’s been very generous in advising on whether what I suggest will work. Several times, he’s advised on a strategy that 1) resonates with my audience and 2) ensures messaging is centered on my specific style.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It has been a true partnership, and they’ve always proactively advised on modifications/enhancements to get better results. Their advice is always valuable, but sometimes, it isn’t possible for me to make the changes needed.
