- Collaborative cross-checking and management of financial information, as well as management of the financial data between the company and partners 

- Tasks allocation and financial and business activities monitoring 

- Automatic calculation of KPIs between the partners and the company, and warnings in case of significant deviations 

- Reporting customers’ complaints related to the services provided by partners on behalf of the telecom group 

- Safe and easy management of all kinds of official documents through the document management module, including: 

- Processing cooperation documents and electronic contracts between partners and the company 

- Archiving and subsequent accessing archived documents

The project's objective is to develop a platform illustrating the conceptual journey of growing agricultural products, processing, storing, and transporting them to retailers. Both suppliers and consumers can easily access this information through traceability and interactive packaging solutions, enabling consumers to share details with peers and provide feedback to upstream farmers. 
The primary challenges revolved around creating a comprehensive platform capable of recording and visualizing the ecosystem while ensuring data privacy and security. 
The GEM team successfully addressed our requirements by constructing a cloud-based platform with seamless scalability, ensuring accessibility across desktop, mobile, and tablets. This visibility spans from upstream to downstream, involving all stakeholders. Regarding provenance data, with the installation of thousands of IoT sensors on the farm to track the journey of agricultural products, there was a substantial amount of raw data to manage. The GEM team implemented a data lake to store and categorize this data. A dashboard was developed to showcase outputs, enabling stakeholders to trace and track product transactions.
