To set up and deliver our online presence and e-commerce capability.

I needed a company with all round expertise and knowledge.

The scope was a "Start to Finish" requirement. The first step was to build a website that would be compatible with an e-commerce store. Platforms use were Shopify and Monday.com

I only worked with Paul, the founder.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After every meeting we would confirm people, tasks and timelines. On the whole each stage was delivered on time. I was happy with the level of service they provided.

I used Monday.com for communication between people involved in project.

SEO knowledge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that comes to mind... Paul is growing the business so is adding to his team and expertise on an on going basis.
