What challenge were you trying to address with Garan SEO Agency?

We needed to boost our organic traffic 3–4 times, rank in the top 10 for high-intent SaaS analytics keywords, double qualified demo requests and sign-ups via on-page, technical, content, and link-building optimizations, and build long-term domain authority to scale sustainably with less paid ad reliance.

Our organic traffic increased 3.8 times within the first 12 months, and we achieved top-10 Google rankings for 45+ high-intent SaaS analytics keywords (up from just eight). Garan SEO Agency’s project management was excellent — very structured, transparent, and proactive. We had weekly sync calls, a dedicated Slack channel for daily updates, clear task breakdowns in Notion and Trello, monthly roadmap reviews, and quick responses (usually within hours) to any questions or pivots. They consistently delivered all milestones and deliverables on time or even ahead of schedule throughout the 12+ months we worked together.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me most about working with Garan SEO Agency was their rare combination of deep SaaS-specific expertise (they truly understand buyer intent and long sales cycles in our niche) and genuinely client-first culture. They proactively suggested pivots when data showed opportunities we hadn’t spotted, never padded hours or upsold unnecessary work, and delivered consistently high-quality content and links that felt whitehat and sustainable, which is surprisingly rare in the SEO space.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing major stands out as a real issue. If I had to point to one area for potential improvement, it would be ramping up the link-building outreach volume a bit faster in the first 3–4 months. We saw great quality links, but accelerating the pace earlier could have compounded the DA growth even more quickly. That said, everything else (communication, execution, strategy adjustments) was spot-on, so it’s a very minor nitpick in an otherwise outstanding partnership.
