I am the CTO of the design company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire GAIA Media?

We hired Gaia Media to expand our sales online, after we had to shut down our physical stores (covid).

SOLUTION

How did you select GAIA Media and what were the deciding factors?

It was an indication of a friend, that had good results.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We weren't running ads before working with them, so the first thing they helped us with was setting up our Facebook business manager, Google analytics, installing the Pixel, etc. Within a week we had our first ads running and we began the testing phase, trying different creatives, audiences, until we found what really resonated with our ideal customers. Once we accomplished that we started to scale and increase our ad spend.

Finally we entered the maintenance phase, so now we continue to test new creatives and ad copy to continually improve our ROAS.

How many resources from the GAIA Media team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total we worked with 2 people, including the founder and a account manager/media buyer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We increased our monthly revenue by 500% in the first 3 months of working with them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The account manager was easy to get in touch with and provided us with bi-weekly updates. We communicated via Slack and they were all very quick to address our questions. Everything was delivered on time with excellent quality, and the team was super friendly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their focus on results was the most impressive aspect of working with them. Every decision was based on real data so we could easily understand what the next move needed to be. They also really care about our success, it feels like they're truly our partners.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It is hard to say... I feel like as time passed, and I got to see results, my thrust in them naturally increased. After that, things got much easier. But I guess that is natural in any project where the stakes are high.
