I'm the executive EVP of product engineering at an executive data intelligence company.

What challenge were you trying to address with G360Technologies?

We needed engineering and quality engineering resources for development and testing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

G360Technologies provides us with onshore and offshore engineering resources. We have them on multiple teams, and we define what stories need to be accomplished at each sprint. We give the stories to the people who have the right skill sets. Depending on what team they're on, the scope changes.

We use G360Technologies for Java and JavaScript expertise, backend and frontend development, and native Windows app development. We're also creating a service for executive networking called Exec Atlas, which is cloud-based and deals with Google Cloud and AWS. G360Technologies also leverages JavaScript and Python to extract and analyze data.

Most of G360Technologies' staff works remotely. They used to be at the office but have split after all the events and time. They work just as well. And we don't get together with them at the office.

What is the team composition?

We've had as many as 30 people on their team and as few as 11–12 people. We work with team leads, senior engineers, regular engineers, and quality engineers. We've also worked with mobile engineers and people who understand CRM plug-ins. They've handled Salesforce, and they scale if we need to build something else, like a CRM application.

How did you come to work with G360Technologies?

We've been working with the constituents of G360Technologies for quite some time. We've dealt with them since the beginning and always had a good relationship. We've stuck with them through acquisitions and G360Technologies's formation and considered them first whenever we have special projects.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend roughly $60,000 a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with G360Technologies in August 2024, and our relationship is ongoing. However, we've stuck with G360Technologies' founder throughout this journey, which dates back to before 2015.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

G360Technologies has done a great job delivering what we've planned, completing upwards of 90% of what we've established. The quality of G360Technologies' work has met our expectations, which is why we've had such a lasting collaboration with G360Technologies' constituents.

How did G360Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

G360Technologies' project management is excellent. We have four engineering teams, and our team leads talk to their team leads, and so far, we've had no issues. Our team leads set up daily scrums with G360Technologies' teams, and they often sync up. They also communicate via Slack and email. We use Jira to manage the project.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

The team lead. Throughout our entire engagement with G360Technologies, this gentleman has been the team lead who ensures that everything on the offshore team gets done and the resources are being distributed correctly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

G360Technologies has a nice resource pool. As we grow or reduce, we can do that, which we appreciate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If your engineering process is well-defined, G360Technologies is good at adapting to that process and ensuring things work well. With an offshore team, you need someone who can cross between the teams comfortably. One of our biggest challenges was our poorly structured engineering processes, making it harder to predict and plan correctly.

The better your sprint planning is defined and managed, the more efficient contributions G360Technologies gives you. So, for better or worse, our team leads have the same ethic background as those from G360Technologies. So, they communicate very easily and understand each other well, which is helpful.

I'm the COO of an ALE expense management provider. We work with insurance carriers, adjusters, and policyholders to facilitate the ALE expense reimbursement process. We have a web portal and iOS app for policyholders to submit receipts to us. Our team audits those receipts, provides a report for the adjuster, and gives them a recommended reimbursement based on our findings.

What challenge were you trying to address with G360Technologies?

We previously worked with a development team, but it wasn't the right fit for us. We needed someone to take over the project.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

G360Technologies has taken over our project. They’ve facilitated a lot of security compliance measures and enhancements with our iOS app, web portal, and admin portal. They’ve also helped with software development and the process of integrating with another product.

We could provide a SOC 2 audit report, and G360Technologies has remedied any errors in the backend code that would have prevented our product from being security compliant. Providing reports to improve security and code crucial maintenance and enhancements of streamlining, automating, and reporting within our admin portal and environment has been an important task for us.
They've helped us integrate and restructure many connectivity points with our Salesforce portal. Currently, they're helping us integrate with a product called Verisk, which allows Salesforce to accept claims as they’re submitted. As we've grown our relationship with them, we've started new projects.

We've worked with 7–10 people, including a project manager and the development team.

How did you come to work with G360Technologies?

We found them through a referral. Things weren't working out with the previous development team, so we decided to move forward with G360Technologies because they checked all the boxes for what we were looking for.

We've spent around $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The change in Salesforce statuses to reflect how they function within the policyholders and our points of view has allowed us to better understand our claim volume, what needs to be audited, and where our work lies. Overall, we've stayed up-to-date and organized.

How did G360Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

If something isn’t meeting a deadline, we catch it before it occurs, and if it is not hit, it's because of our requests or adding. We've used Jira for project management and Basecamp to store everything. We've had weekly meetings to recap what's been completed and what we have on the bucket list. We've also communicated via Teams, email, and phone calls.
It's been great working with them. The development team has been very talented and has provided suggestions on what to do. They've been super sharp about understanding our needs as an organization and elaborating on that being the best point of entry.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to give a shout-out to Gary, their project manager. He has been great, easy to work with, and keeps us updated and on track with what we need to do as an organization. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s impressive that they’ve taken over the code someone else built and understood it, making changes accordingly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They’ve helped us move at our own pace, which has benefited us. They've been really great and easy to work with.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be transparent and come ready to bounce ideas off one another. Lay out what you’re trying to achieve and be ready to discuss it. They look at things from both sides.

What challenge were you trying to address with G360Technologies?

We needed support in the design and development of our cloud-based platform using edge computing in the field. We wanted to extend and scale our platform by focusing on analytics, machine learning, and UI.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

G360Technologies is part of our design and development team, and we work with them on an ongoing basis. Our industrial information platform combines a web app interfacing with field computers and wireless data from the field. We establish a specification first and develop against that specification. 

G360Technologies works in a combined PHP and Python environment. We also work with a Microsoft Azure operating environment, SQL databases, virtual machine technology, and an IoT hub for pulling in data in the field. G360Technologies also supports processing our industrial platform's analytics and conducting numerical analysis.

We review the app within design since we keep a design version in a separate virtual machine from the production version. We have a routine of reviewing the design machine, and once it's approved, we push it to production.
What is the team composition?

We mainly work with two developers and a project manager. Sometimes, we have to pull in hardware and cybersecurity professionals.

How did you come to work with G360Technologies?

I had previous experience working with Gary (CEO).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2024 and have an annual agreement that we'll renew every year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The productivity efficiency of developing our platform has improved significantly. Without G360Technologies, the project would've taken us twice as long. We have such a good and close working relationship with the team. G360Technologies has assigned a team with whom we've worked consistently, and I appreciate it because we've built a productive relationship.

How did G360Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

G360Technologies always stays on schedule against our specifications. The team is very disciplined and delivers work on time, around 95% of the time, which is a good rate for software development projects. Sometimes, we've changed the specs, and the issues we discuss in advance redefine the specs and the schedule. We have a good working relationship with them, and G360Technologies stays on budget.

We primarily collaborate using Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint documents and communicate through weekly scheduled Zoom meetings and can add meetings if needed. 
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

One of our developers has done a great job, and we look forward to continuing to work with him.

What did you find most impressive about them?

G360Technologies' communication and project management skills are their biggest strengths. We're working on more advanced Python programming for analytics, and the team is doing well. G360Technologies is willing to take on challenges, which is very good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't see anything G360Technologies can improve.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I suggest new clients take advantage of getting to know the dedicated team assigned to them. The team stays together, and by building a close relationship, you can become very productive in your projects. I recommend setting weekly meetings, if not more frequent, which should lead your project to success.

LOFT is a fashion retail store in New York, and we needed a strong e-commerce site to match our brand. G360 Technologies handled everything website design, development, and integration with our inventory system. They made sure the shopping experience was smooth, from browsing to checkout, and ensured the site was easy for our team to manage.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

G360technologies performed up to our expectations. Since launching the new site, we’ve seen an increase in online sales, better customer engagement, and a more efficient order management process. Customers have also shared great feedback on how easy the site is to use.

If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be offering more post-launch training or resources to help our team fully maximize the site’s features
