• Headless DTC storefronts: MedusaJS-based stores deployed on your own cloud, with payments, fulfillment, product hub, customer accounts and reporting. No platform fees and full data ownership.
• Website performance optimization: Core Web Vitals audits and fixes (LCP, INP, CLS, TTFB) for existing sites and Shopify stores. For one B2B export site we cut homepage TTFB from 17.96s to 0.94s and raised Lighthouse from 56 to 88 without a rebuild.
• Cross-border VAT compliance systems: platforms for VAT service providers that parse Amazon VAT Transactions Reports, calculate UK and EU VAT and generate VAT Return boxes.
