For what projects/services did your company hire Radion Marketing, and what were your goals?

Our initial website was fairly basic with limited functionalities. We hired Radion for a complete revamp, redevelopment and redesign of our web and brand appeal.

How did you select Radion Marketing and what were the deciding factors?

I chose the Radion Marketing team due to their clear communication upfront. They were direct and asked a lot of questions to ensure the best outcome for our website. The fact they have a competitive price for the high value provided from their end supported our choice to go ahead with them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The website needed to be built from scratch on a new WordPress platform, as the old one did not have critical functions. As agreed, the new website currently has multiple integrations: namely Zoom, Calender, Stripe, Amelia, MailChimp, NinjaForms among others. Further, the website needed a range of stock images to with the new graphics. Radion was able to design the new logo as requested, graphics, and match everything in appealing visuals on the website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The feedback the team and clients about the new website have been exceptional. Our clients were able to contact us in a very clear and direct way, and the overall traffic to the website more than tripled in the second week of the launch.

Radion had exceptional communications in place to keep us informed about the progress. We have given them a level of autonomy in the decision making and the quality of the output reflects their commitment. They put in extra hours where needed to troubleshoot and ensure everything goes smoothly for the website to be launched on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are committed to understanding their client needs. After the initial meetings to explain the scope, they went above and beyond to find ways in which the updated website can have all the functionalities required within the agreed budget and timeframe.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

NA... 5 out 5 in all categories!
